Refund policy
We offer a 7-day easy return and replacement policy for all orders. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after the product is received and inspected. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
